2012-2013 at a glance

This post is a compilation of published blog posts from my old personal tumblr blog.

Baguio 2013
After about 4 years, my family finally decided to go on a trip to one of the places we've always loved to visit -- Baguio City. With the deadly heat here in Manila, one just cannot pass up the opportunity to bask in the cold air and perfect weather up North. The rest of the family went up Wednesday morning, while my mom, my cousin, my uncle and I followed Thursday night due to my college review agh. It was my first time travelling far by bus and I'd have to say that it was a pretty good experience.
We arrived at 3am and I almost froze to death. A friend of mine who just came from Baguio told me that it was pretty hot, so I only brought shorts, shirts, and a jacket that wasn't meant for the cold. Needless to say I slaughtered her when I got back home.

The view in the morning from our dining area.Yup. it's white because of the fog.

It's either we're out or playing Dance Central.

Our home. Thank you, Citi! <3
One of the best places to visit in Baguio is Camp John Hay. Perfect pines + perfect weather + picnic tables + playgrounds + a wonderful array of shops and whatnot -- it's the place to be.

Of course, being in Baguio won't be complete without riding horses at Wright Park. <3
Okay that's it bye.

Summer School
I went to the back of the classroom in hopes of memorizing the monthly verse in peace. But of course, being me, these guys just can’t help but annoy the living crap out of me.
So there you go, meet Grade 11’s ‘finest’ boys
[edit: now that it's only 3 days away from graduation, it makes me wanna cry seeing this.]

Revolt
I wouldn't go into detail about how we ended up @ Victory Regis shooting for our music video but all I can say is that, Mr Wallace liked the music video and the song Jeremy made -- Revolt -- for our History project, that he wanted us to shoot it professionally with all the lights, professional cameras and whatnot.
Long story short, we went through a lot of trouble just to be able to shoot this with all our hectic schedules and a couple of conflicts getting in the way.

Add captionThat's me 'playing' the piano. Jeremy and Trish as our singers since Laforteza was MIA because of ballet. And Thirdy on the drums.
